Our communities need creatives, and creatives need communities; you don’t have to do it alone. Together, The Collaborative will take time to create a personalized rubric for assessing you as an artist and creating a plan for the advancement of your career. As we work together, steering towards growth, we can accomplish success one student at a time. Our artists are the makers who provide insight and contribution to our local communities and our global society.

We come together to learn what it means to become a creative planter and how we connect within the framework for our community ecosystem. We must individually understand the level of commitment and innovation that can come from collaborating. The CEW Collaborative's focus on advancement Together ensures that when we all, as a collective — creatives, community members, businesses, institutions, and regional and national art organizations —provide a network as a platform for learning, we help aid the individual’s creative endeavors while simultaneously improving the entire community. These partners are a collection of built relationships that stem from a deliberate purpose and value of serving creatively. While students first serve themselves and imbue creative advocacy from our pillars, they secondarily benefit the local community, which has a tertiary effect on the art organizations and society as a whole. Through nurtured dialogue and discourse, The CEW Collaborative explores what is imaginable in visually aiding further change and connectivity in our socio-political climate.

In our efforts to understand our community ecosystem, we can take part in a continuous renewal of planting and sowing seeds for the other creative planters, thus recreating the network for enhanced contribution. It is imperative to our existence as creatives both in the job market and within creative sectors to be united as one. Together we bring strength and vitality to our communities and spread our impact worldwide. CEW Collaborative is bridging the gap between creatives, organizations, and community members for a stronger more viable arts ecosystem within our society. Closing this chasm will inevitably help future generations thrive.
