The CEW Collaborative will take time to create an individualized rubric for each student. The personalized assessment tool will utilize a series of benchmarks to evaluate efficiency and mastery as an artist toward the actualization of the student’s career. As we work together toward growth, we will remain committed to the evolution of the artistic process, the exploration of thought, and the re-establishment of understanding the foundations of applied art systematically in creative evolvement.
We will support this process and the community the evolution elicits by re-establishing creative values and transferring them to an individualized artistic practice.

• Student to Leader, and Leader to Visionary
(the process of embodying the concept of actively learning throughout life, specifically through investigation in the arts.) Embodying the role of a lifelong learner through exploring “the ways of seeing” in applied arts. How do you see the world, and what creative contributions can you share to our existing community, city, and beyond?
• Individual to Community (the process of working individually and collectively with the community's and institution's artistic and creative needs). Each student will be paired with a community establishment to work as an advocate and collaborate on that community's creative and artistic needs.
